Mini has just launched a new viral video for the Mini Clubman. This video pokes fun at the current practice of exposing fake viral videos (not actually officially approved by the company that is being advertised), which are abundant all over the Internet. Indeed, most advertising today is fixed.
Mini is setting itself apart from other companies by taking a humoristic approach to a problem many companies face: fake unauthorized advertisements.
This new car in the Mini line is racking up points thanks to this clever campaign, as it is attracting the expected buzz. The video is admirable due to it’s great 3D animation, created by two buzz experts. Finally, it is a great way to transmit the message on fakes in a different and more memorable way. Excellent idea!
