Speaking at the Revolution Forum, Bonner said: "To create something world class you need to think about the world in which we live. That world is changing everyday. If you can achieve just one of the following five points then you will succeed online."
1. Unpredictability - Surprise people if you want to achieve stand out and resonance online.
2. Proximity - Open the doors and allow people to get close to your brand.
3. Exclusivity - Provide an experience your consumers can't find anywhere else.
4. Transparency - Put aside the veneer of marketing and let consumers into the inner sanctum of your brand.
5. Indespensibility - Create services and tools that consumers can't live without.
